1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our natural dye studio services, purchasing handcrafted textiles, registering for workshops, or requesting custom commissions, you agree to be bound by these terms. Indigo & Madder reserves the right to update these terms as our studio practices evolve.

2. Handcrafted Textiles & Dyes

Our textiles are created using strictly natural dyeing methods. Because of the organic nature of the materials and the handcrafted process, you acknowledge that:

• Slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are inherent and expected.
• Natural dyes may subtly shift or mature over time depending on light exposure and care.
• These variations are not considered defects but are celebrated as the hallmarks of genuine artisanal craftsmanship.

3. Workshop Registration & Cancellation

We offer hands-on natural dyeing workshops in our studio. To ensure an intimate and safe learning environment, spaces are limited.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• Cancellations made at least seven days prior to the workshop date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within seven days of the event are non-refundable, though you may transfer your spot to another individual by notifying us via email.

4. Custom Commissions

Indigo & Madder welcomes custom commission requests for bespoke textiles. A detailed project proposal and timeline will be provided for your approval.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any sourcing or dyeing begins. The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery. While we rigorously test our natural dye recipes, absolute color matching cannot be guaranteed due to the organic variables of the vat.

5. Intellectual Property

All original designs, workshop instructional materials, specific dye recipes, and photographic content produced by Indigo & Madder remain our exclusive intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
